Prices and general terms of sale are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes and transportation and handling charges are extra. They are added to the invoice at the final stage of the online payment process.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The site is protected with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which makes transmission of information highly secure. It ensures that all personal and online credit card/wallet information is first encrypted and remains unreadable while it is sent to our servers during payment. We are committed to maintaining a high level of confidentiality by incorporating the latest technological innovations to ensure the confidentiality of your transactions. For your safety, no credit card information is stored on the servers used by Le Fromage au Village.
RETURNS
All sales are final and products cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
If a product is returned due to a Fromage au Village error, the value of the product as well as shipping costs will be reimbursed. Fromage au Village will not be held responsible for expired products caused by a delay in product recovery or a customer’s absence on delivery.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders received during our business hours on Mondays and Tuesdays will be shipped to customers the same week, except in cases where shipment is to remote areas of Quebec or Canada. Orders received on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during business hours will be processed and shipped the following Monday, except on statutory holidays.
IMPORTANT
For orders from the following provinces: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the Maritimes: upon receipt of your order, we will contact you regarding delivery details within four business hours.
DELIVERY
Your order includes delivery charges. Fromage au Village will not be liable for delays that may have been caused by weather, the carrier, or any other circumstances beyond its control. However, we guarantee our full cooperation in informing you of any delays we may be aware of.
